The modern investigations in the field of surface physics are made on atomic scale. In Laboratory of Materials Science of Atomki, there is a scanning probe microscope with atomic resolution, working under ultra high vacuum conditions. Induced surface phenomena at atomic scale will be observed and investigated by means of this microscope.
